Privacy notice
CasinoQueryLab collects very little. This notice explains what, why and for how long. Last updated 24 October 2026.
Who is responsible
CasinoQueryLab, the publication at casinoquerylab.online, decides how the information described here is used. Contact us about privacy at hello@casinoquerylab.online or through the contact page, marked "Privacy". The legal entity behind the publication can be provided on request.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional organisation website, the topic you choose and your message. If you email us, we receive whatever you send. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time). The contact form keeps a hashed version of your IP address for up to an hour to limit repeated submissions.
Cookies and tracking
The contact page sets one essential session cookie that protects the form against forged and repeated submissions; it ends when you close your browser. No other page sets cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and our fonts are served from our own server. If that changes, we will update this notice first and ask for consent where required.
Why we use it
To read and answer your message, check tips and corrections, and keep the site secure. The basis is our legitimate interest in running the publication and responding to readers, or steps you ask us to take. We do not sell or share your details for marketing and do not add you to any mailing list.
Who processes it
Messages are handled by our web host's mail service and may be forwarded to an email provider used by the editorial desk. These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards. We share information otherwise only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless needed longer for a correction record or a legal reason. Rate-limit records are deleted after an hour. Server logs follow our host's retention period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. You may also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
Our general terms of use also apply to the site.
Children
This publication is for adults and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
